Elegant luxury wedding ceremony setup in Mykonos with white chairs arranged around a floral chuppah overlooking the Aegean Sea and anchored yachts in the background

Suzanne & Ryan

When Suzanne and Ryan began planning their dream destination wedding in Mykonos, there was no doubt that this idyllic Greek island was the perfect place to say “I do.” All the way from the U.S., this couple has been visiting Mykonos, Greece for years, sharing a deep love for its natural beauty, vibrant energy, and timeless charm. Their connection to Mykonos—and to each other—set the stage for a celebration that was nothing short of magical.

This incredible duo entrusted us not only with their Mykonos wedding day but with an entire week of Mykonos pre-wedding events leading up to the big moment. From a lively Greek Night Welcome Party and a scenic Boat Cruise around Delos, to an intimate Sabbath dinner and an enchanting Henna Night, every event was thoughtfully planned and filled with joy, culminating in the most beautiful Jewish wedding in Mykonos.

A DAY WORTH WAITING FOR
The wedding day began at the stunning Santa Marina Hotel Mykonos, where preparations were underway for a day no one would forget. Suzanne, radiant and beaming with happiness, was surrounded by her closest friends and family as they laughed, reminisced, and prepared for the big moment. Dressed in chic black robes, her bridal party perfectly complemented Suzanne’s white bridal one—a striking black-and-white prelude to the wedding’s timeless white-and-blue Mykonos theme.

As the morning unfolded, Suzanne slipped into her breathtaking Rita Vinieris wedding dress (did you know that Rita is half-Greek herself?), while her bridesmaids donned soft blue dresses that reflected the serene Aegean Sea. Over in the groom’s suite, Ryan looked dashing in his classic black-and-white tuxedo, surrounded by his groomsmen and loved ones, brimming with excitement for the day ahead.

A MOMENT TO REMEMBER
Before the ceremony, Suzanne and Ryan shared an intimate first look in Mykonos. With no one else around, they exchanged personal vows—words that captured the depth of their love, promises for their future, and heartfelt reflections on the journey that had led them to this moment.

BEFORE THE BIG MOMENT
In the meantime, back at the infinity pool of the hotel, their wedding guests had started gathering, sipping cocktails and enjoying canapés. Under the rhythm of the violin, everyone had the best welcome while waiting for the moments that would follow—dressed in their best clothes and biggest smiles.

Shortly before the Mykonos wedding ceremony, as Jewish tradition commands, the closest family and friends of the couple privately gathered as witnesses signed the ketubah—the Jewish marriage contract that validates the couple's union.

THE CEREMONY
And after that, a truly magical Mykonos Jewish wedding ceremony took place in front of the amazing sea view of the venue. Under a stunning chuppah designed by Studio 7, Suzanne and Ryan exchanged vows in a moving ceremony overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. Every element came together beautifully—from the heartfelt blessings to the joyous breaking of the glass—sealing Suzanne and Ryan’s union in perfect harmony.

A NIGHT TO REMEMBER
As the sun dipped below the horizon, the celebration moved to an elegant wedding dinner reception. Tables adorned with white and blue accents, thousands of flickering candles, and lush floral arrangements created an atmosphere of timeless sophistication. Guests found their seats on a stunning mirror seating chart before enjoying a delectable kosher wedding meal in Mykonos prepared by Sfez Traiteur.

The evening was filled with heartfelt speeches, laughter, and more than a few tears. Suzanne and Ryan shared their first dance, and right after, fireworks lit up the Mykonos sky, setting the tone for an unforgettable Mykonos party.
DJ Quentin kept the dance floor alive with favorite hits, and the energy was contagious as guests celebrated late into the night.

When the official party wrapped up, the festivities continued by the beach, where the sound of waves mingled with laughter and music until the early hours of the morning.
